Terms & Conditions

So we can have the best relationship, please read the following Terms & Conditions which strictly apply to all bookings.
Please respect that the time you book is reserved solely for you.

If something comes up or plans change, which of course can happen from time to time,

I require minimum 48hrs in order to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

This allows plenty of time to offer your appointment to client who may be waiting.

Less than 48hrs notice will incur a charge.


48 Hours or more - No charge.

 If you wish to rescheduled another appointment one will be arranged for the next available date.

24-48 Hours - you will be charged;

50% of the treatment cost. 

Once the 50% fee is paid, you will be given the option to reschedule for the next available date.

Less than 24 Hours - you will be charged

100% of treatment cost due to the unlikelihood of filling your appointment slot. Once the fee is paid, you will have the option to rearrange or be put on a waiting list for the next availability.

If the fee is not paid and you have future appointments, these will be removed from my diary.


I fully understand that some circumstances change last minute which does not allow enough notice.

I kindly ask for your understanding as this is my full time job and means a loss of earnings.

By booking your appointment you are solely responsible for that slot whether you attend or not.

These fee's are without exception.


Repeated cancellations/no shows

will be refused appointments.

All new clients will be required

to pay a 50% non refundable

booking fee.

This will be taken off

your  appointment bill.


For new client treatments under £15:00

the full cost will be due upfront

for your first appointment.
